In collaboration with Punjab Bhawan Surrey,Canada,Punjabi Department
of the college organized a one day international seminar on Diaspora Literature entitled 'Parvaas Te Parvasi Sahit :Present and Future 'Sixteen resource persons from India and Abroad spoke on different aspects and effect of western lifestyle on Indian diaspora 12 Research Scholars from various educational institutions presented research papers in Punjabi, Hindi on different issues confronting the diaspora.A journal 'Corrocupia-3' was also released on the occasion.
